हस्तकला
कला वो ही उत्तीर्ण जो –
कारीगरी का प्रमाण हो !
केवल इतना सा ही नहीं है –
कड़ी मेहनत और श्रम का फल;
प्रयत्न यही के ना हो जाए – कल;
हस्तकला की प्रतिष्ठा जो अब,
भारत का अभिमान – बढ़ाया करे जब !
महीन हस्तशिल्प की कला;
कुछ जो भारत में ही पायी जाए,
परिधान जो अनेक प्रकार के –
बनारसी हो या कांचीपुरम की – धृति –
मणिपुर की मोइरांगफ़ी भी – की ये श्रुति;
बंगाल के सूती परिधान – का ना हो व्यय –
असम की मुगा रेशम का भी व्याप्त ना हो – यह तय !
सुदर अति सुंदर हो ये हस्तकला का वर्णन,
फिर भी पर्याप्त ना हो – मानो – ये सृजन –
अनेक क्रिया में एक क्रिया जो –
हस्तशिल्प की उपमा का ना हो अंत वो !
तुलनात्मक ना हो जो मशीन की क्रिया से-
मनुष्य अद्वितीय का प्रमाण है ये;
अभिनंदन हो – ये उन प्रत्येक मनुष्य को –
हस्तकला में अग्रसर और लीन हो !
प्रोत्साहन की आवश्यकता और सभी को सम्मान-
चिरकाल, सदैव, सदा हो इसका बखान ।
