A Nourished Mind breathes a Nourished Life.
The mind is a temple, we worship it every day, but what are we feeding it with is the question. In a child’s developmental years, a mother nourishes the child with good nutrition, healthy supplements and a balanced diet. Similarly, in our daily life, we are so shunting between living and doing, doing, living, there are daunting words that we find ourselves in the middle of. Today neighbors will test you only to tell you “ your biological clock is ticking” after listening to this your mind will overthink. Tomorrow your mind will be nourished only in the stress to just once be able to pass that government exam. It’s important that you stop nourishing your mind with stress, negativity, anxiety, rather you choose happiness, positivity, so that you bloom wherever you are planted, not feeling heavy but feeling the ease to breathe. Make it a point to ignore all the negativity, which predates you in the form of anger, self doubt, and live with the silver lining of positivity.
