In my books, “200 Zen Stories: Cultivating Positivity and Inner Peace” and “Stressful Life vs. Abundant Life: Yoga in a Samurai Way”, I blend Zen,Samurai and Yoga wisdom with modern challenges, promoting inner peace and optimism.These works have garnered acclaim, almost clinching 10 prestigious awards, including the coveted Golden Wizard Book Prize 2024, Ukiyoto Literary Award, and Golden Book Award 2024. My latest venture, “208 Zen-Inspired Samurai Tales: Kids Meditation Palette,” adapts these narratives into illustrated stories, aiming to impart tranquility, positivity, and insight to young minds. With interactive coloring pages designed to engage children and nurture creativity, it serves as a unique tool for cultivating mindfulness and wisdom.
- In “Laws of Infinite Kingdom,” you explore intriguing concepts. How do you approach blending scientific principles with imaginative storytelling, and what challenges did you face in this process?
In this celebratory anniversary edition of “LAWS OF INFINITE KINGDOM,” I immerse myself in the profound wisdom of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, intertwining science, positivity,inspiration, and poetic reflection. Featuring “POSITIVE INFINITY,” “21 LAWS OF UNIVERSE,” and “MY BOOK KINGDOM,” this acclaimed collection pays homage to the enduring dialogue between humanity and the cosmos, enriched with 150+ bonus affirmations. Each poem serves as a guiding light on the journey to comprehend our interconnectedness with the universe. Despite the inherent challenges, these works have garnered esteemed accolades such as the GOLDEN BOOK AWARD 2023, the INTERNATIONAL EXCELLENCE AWARD 2023, and the 21st CENTURY EMILY DICKINSON AWARD, fueling my passion to explore the boundless realms of poetic expression even further.

This 366 quotes collection, distilled from my fifteen diverse works of 2023, transcends mere quotes to become a steadfast companion in life’s journey. Each page resonates with the overarching theme of growth, connection, and unwavering optimism. As readers immerse themselves in these narratives, they discover not only inspiration but also a profound sense of empowerment to navigate each day with resilience and purpose. “The Spectrum of Positive Infinity” is more than a quote book—it’s a beacon guiding us towards a year of endless possibilities and fulfillment.
- Winning the Inspiring India Award is a remarkable achievement. How do you think your writings contribute to inspiring and shaping perspectives, not just in India but globally?
Receiving the Inspiring India Award 2023 is truly humbling. Through my writings, I aim to spread positivity and broaden perspectives, not only in India but worldwide. By sharing stories and insights that resonate with people from all walks of life, I hope to inspire others to embrace optimism, empathy, and a deeper understanding of the world around them. Whether it’s through my books, articles, or speeches, my goal is to spark meaningful conversations and encourage individuals to strive for positive change, contributing to a more compassionate and enlightened global community.
- Having spoken at the Earth Conference 2024, could you elaborate on the key points you emphasised and the role you believe literature plays in addressing environmental concerns?
At the Earth Conference 2024, I highlighted the urgent need for collective action to address environmental challenges. Drawing from my poems like “Zen’s Daily Whisper” and “The Grace of Yoga,” I stressed literature’s role in raising awareness and inspiring change. Literature has the power to evoke empathy, ignite passion, and spur individuals to adopt sustainable practices. At the Authors’ Conclave 2024, among 200+ writers, my contributions were selected, underscoring the significance of literature as a tool for environmental advocacy. By harnessing the written word, we can galvanize communities to protect our planet for future generations.
- Your work often navigates intricate concepts. How do you make complex ideas accessible to a broad audience without sacrificing depth?
I strive to break down complex ideas into simpler terms that everyone can grasp. I use relatable examples and everyday language to explain intricate concepts, ensuring accessibility without losing depth. By using storytelling techniques, analogies, and real-life scenarios, I make abstract ideas more tangible and engaging. Additionally, I encourage questions and discussions to foster deeper understanding. It’s about finding a balance between clarity and complexity, allowing readers from all backgrounds to connect with the material and explore its depths at their own pace. Ultimately, I aim to empower everyone to explore and understand even the most intricate concepts.

As an author who has journeyed through the realms of creativity and self-expression, my message to youngsters and upcoming authors, artists, and scriptwriters is to relentlessly pursue your passion.
