MIS CALCULATION by Raja Mannar

Our calculation insists
That the outside world is treacherous
Now that statement
Makes the peace that is residing in us
To walk the plank
As we find strife in everyday life
And pain is a lesser word
To describe our ordeals
However
There is wisdom in musing
As we must question
“Where does the fault lie?”
Now, on musing on this question
We will attain a realisation
That is
We are making decisions from certain angles
A better phrase for that phenomenon
Is nothing but
We are entertaining predetermined notions
So let’s take those notions for a contest
For if one works on an angle or belief
That there are no good souls in the world
Then one indirectly resorts to being wicked
Thus it can be debated
That
“The outlook of the man is the culprit
And not the man”
