Beyond her professional endeavours, she channels her energy into writing, with her debut solo book “Finding Inner Peace” and solo magazine “JourneyHigh” set for publication this year. Let’s delve deeper into her journey of success and wisdom.

- Can you share the inspiration behind your upcoming solo book “Finding Inner Peace”?
Ans: COVID had a lasting impact on people’s mental health irrespective of their age. That’s when many motivational speakers come into the picture. I just want to try establishing a connection between spirituality, nature and mental health through my book. That was my thought behind writing this book.
2.How do you balance your role as an Academic Event Manager with your passion for writing and environmental activism?
Ans: All these roles are quite different from each other. I just always try to make a good call on when to prioritise which role. All three fields demand equal attention because one is my passion and the other is my profession. Chasing balance is such an important factor in our day to day life and in the long run as well.

3.What strategies do you implement to ensure the success of academic events under your management?
Ans: Any job related to the management field requires maintaining a good relationship with the participants. That’s the basic necessity. I always try to reach out to each of my participants, guests, academic partners, sponsors, and committee personally. And sticking to the deadline is the first step of thorough professionalism.

4.Could you tell us about your experience being shortlisted for the Rising Academic Event Manager award?
Ans: It was my first collaboration with the Momma Clan Community and I had quite a great feeling. Would love to get associated with them in the future in any capacity.

5.How do you think your background in writing since school days has influenced your career trajectory?
Ans: Writing is not directly helpful in choosing my career so far but I must admit it has taught me to express my ideas gracefully but in a simpler way in front of my working team.
6.What message do you hope to convey through your solo magazine “JourneyHigh”?
Ans: I am really hopeful my journey will inspire people to never give up on their dreams despite facing challenges. If you could follow your passion with the same conviction, aspiration and enthusiasm against all odds, One day you will be able to achieve your goal.
- In what ways do you envision leveraging your platform to raise awareness about global environmental crises?
Ans: By joining hands with NGOs, participating in more and more awareness campaigns, taking part in various national/international conferences who support the cause, participating in contests to be able to express my views to a larger community and more importantly the younger community.
