Clarity of Mind: For Self-Growth and Success

How clear can your mind be? Is it dependent on many factors, and how can we constantly find clarity in our thoughts, which will ideally be one of the many traits that give us superpowers? Let’s ideate, deliberate and debate.
A clear mind is a pure soul’s workshop. This is a revision to the adage which featured the devil, however, we are in times where the purity of souls and clarity in the minds of people can make each one of us potent in making a positive impact in the world.
Clarity Comes With Good Habits: While a lot of readers might look away when they read this paragraph, indeed, your squeaky clean habits and consistency towards making them a proper routine eliminate doubts in your mind, and give you clarity in going about the day. Let’s not forget, a schedule and a proper mindset never hurt anyone.
Begin Clearing Your Mind: Over 24 hours, and with close to 10,000 thoughts being generated by your brain each day, there’s a possibility that your memory power and overall hard drive on the top floor (pun intended) could be draining your entire system. Hence, mediation and catching up with 40 winks becomes important to remove unwanted thoughts, scratch out non-compliant ideas, and keep successful thoughts in the oven for warming. This gives you clarity on what’s important and what can be kept in the back burner.
Bringing Clarity in Your Thoughts: As easy as it sounds, and how mentors and leaders speak about this, bringing clarity in your thoughts is a combination of multiple factors, i.e., the place you live, the people you meet, the daily routine in your life, and not to forget, the idealism you seek. While the debate continues about men or women, who have the upper hand in pristine, clear thinking, we can safely say that:
(1) When we think positively and make it part of our thought process, we see the mess either away
(2) When we meet people who have a certain clarity in their thinking, we tend to pick up habits that contribute to self-growth and achieving united excellence
(3) Clear thinking comes with good reading, inquisitiveness and generating opinions through values of openness, diversity and inclusive actions.
How can each one of us have clarity in thoughts? It’s by shunning away negativity and calling out anything that desilts our neural networking. Including mediation and deep, attention-focused reading, and learning from daily experiences. Another trait that’s seen in clear thinkers is the ability to innovate and involve themselves in new careers, gigs and hobbies! This helps feed off the wisdom of many and grow as individuals!
Start slowly, and begin with the intent to become a clear thinker. Books, positive environments, sublime cohorts, and the constant urge to learn will help us rise and make a name for ourselves.
Think clearly, and believe that success is within touching distance.
All the best, and kudos to each moment that brings clarity in your lives.
