experiences shaped your journey as a career strategist ?
My 25+ year career as a career strategist began in the disciplined world of Army
schools, instilling resilience and adaptability, then expanded to public and
international systems where I bridged academia-industry gaps. Pivotal moments
include leading education management reforms and earning international
certifications like ICCC, transforming my role from educator to International licensed
career development professional & global mentor. These experiences honed my focus
on purposeful guidance, preparing youth for real-world impact.
2. You often say ” degrees must be given with direction ” . How can institutions
practically integrate this philosophy into education today ?
Institutions can embed this by mandating career coaching modules from
Class 8, using tools like self-assessments and industry guest sessions,
as 93% of Indian students lack early career awareness.
Integrate via curriculum like life skills classes and one-on-one
roadmaps, boosting decisiveness by up to 92% per meta-analyses
on counselling .Partnerships with platforms like Mentoria ensure
scalable, practical implementation for all.

and educators address them collaboratively ?

My work builds career-ready citizens through career counselling , career coaching ,
career crafting , career roadmap , action plan and mentoring to prepare a generation of
career ready professionals who would not be just job seekers but be job givers, who
would lead with values than vision , teaching and guiding educators , policy makers ,
leaders and industry experts to not just sharpen minds but shape hearts too with
emotional intelligence being the topmost priority for this VUCA demography of
careers thus aligning with Viksit Bharat’s youth empowerment for 65% who are
under-35 years population. Career coaching bridges employability gaps, creating job
creators, creates successful ,self-motivated , productive professional contributing to
economic growth by 2047.It plays a nation-building role by producing ethical leaders,

responses by 45%, via skill-gap analysis. In practice, my sessions reduce decision
difficulties (d=0.92 effect), leading to higher satisfaction 12 months post-intervention
for 87% of clients. Tailored plans uncover strengths, aligning education with purpose
for sustained success. Its aligning right strengths and personality attributes to guide a
career that matches their purpose and happiness which speaks of satisfaction and

STEM scholarships and gender modules in curricula to close gaps, with female
